Belvedere consists of a spacious apartment on the upper floor and two bedrooms on the lower floor. Upstairs, you’ll find a living room with an open kitchen—which will feature a dining area for 6 people starting in 2027—a bedroom, and a private bathroom. From the apartment, you have access to the private terrace, which will also feature a dining area for 6 people starting in 2027. Here, you can enjoy a delightful meal outdoors while taking in the view of the Alta Langa hills.

On the ground floor, there are two more spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private entrance from the outside. This means the rooms are not connected to the apartment via an interior hallway. This layout actually offers extra privacy when you rent Belvedere with, for example, several couples, friends, or a family with older children.
